Our system is closely following guidelines put in place by the federal and local governments, as well as provincial health agencies and the WHO. Locations are also taking extra safety measures, including regularly sanitizing trucks and equipment, using hand sanitizer throughout the move, and practicing social distancing with our teams and customers. An example of social distancing is staging dispatch to avoid overlap of move teams within the office as much as possible. We also request no more than 2 customers are in the home while we move you.

We wanted to take a quick moment and reach out to you and your family regarding the COVID-19 virus and its impact on our services. As you are undoubtedly aware, there is a wide variety of reports streaming daily about the spread and reach of the COVID-19 virus and its effects on people all over the world. We are aware and closely follow the advice of the Canadian
Public Health Agency and BC Centre for Disease Control.

First, I want to emphasize we remain open for business, are fully operational and have taken steps to ensure we will be able to continue to carry out our work for you under changing circumstances. We know that many of you have moves that cannot be interrupted or delayed. We intend to continue business operations as normal until we are advised not to do so. That said, your safety and the safety of our crew are paramount in everything we do. We are closely monitoring the recommendations of the provincial governments and health authorities and will be reassessing the situation daily. We are doing everything we can to ensure everyone’s safety, including:

  • We have trained our employees on proper hand-washing techniques.
  • We are carrying hand sanitizer in our trucks and disinfected wipes to clean our steering wheels and cab interiors and tools.
  • We are avoiding unnecessary contact (shaking hands / high fives) with each other and with you.
  • We have enacted a policy encouraging all movers who are exhibiting any symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who is exhibiting symptoms to stay home during this time.
  • Select locations are able to do estimates via video chat (platforms like Facetime, Google Meet, Skype, etc) if that is easier for you.

To protect both our teams and other customers and their respective families, we ask that anyone who is feeling unwell refrain from having us into their home at this time and we will gladly assist you in rebooking your move.

We want to ensure that all of our customers feel comfortable knowing that we are all doing our part to protect each other during this time.
To help us in our efforts, please keep your hand soap / alcohol-based hand sanitizer out, in case our Movers need to wash their
